backDeliveries and Returns Calico House Online
1. Delivery method will be dependent on the item purchased. Where ever it is possible smaller items will be despatched the same day as ordered for guaranteed delivery the following day. Larger items, ie Furniture, will often require special arrangements, such arrangements will be organised by Calico House Online to suit your requirements.
2. In most cases smaller items will be free delivery. Larger items, in most cases, will require a delivery charge.
3. All items will be insured during delivery.
4. Tracking facilities will be available on despatched items.
5. Returns are to be made within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the item.
6. Customers are liable for the cost of returns, excepting where items have been damaged during delivery.
7. In the unlikely events of damage during delivery Calico House will replace the item with the same.
8. It is our intention to process all online orders within 1 working day of receiving your order.
